Kubota kx91-3 Wiring shorting out

we have a 2012 Kubota kx91-3 approx. 4500hrs, hydraulic quick hitch.



The engine stalled, which turned out to be electric lift pump stopped working, for some reason fuse has blown. tried new 10 amp fuse, it blew too even 30amp.We thought wires have rubbed under cab so the lads onsite put a wire to the battery, up and running.



Any ideas as the best place to look??



Then lads reported battery going flat??



I wonder if its the electric pump? how would you test it?
