Have strange problem on our hitachi fiat fh150 (version 1 or 2 it is),
was perfect and then now has this problem
note oil and filters all repalced 20 hours ago incluidng pilot filter (previous one clean also)
under some load or end of ram travel, sometimes the pump will bang / knock every second (and pipe coming out of pump is shaking,
then other times working, then suddently lose 1 pump (eg track not work or lift is very slow
to cure problem, let go controls and adjust throttle up or down and then is fixed again
any ideas

see below of the pump knocking (was done with operator just making rams reach end of travel)
then sometimes it does not do this, does it cold and warm
bucket ram is leaking oil through seal is only other fault think can spot.
there is drip of oil underneath when machine always in use but never find from were. (hydraulic oil).
