1150 case

friend selling his grandfathers stuff he passed away few years ago, offered me his 1150 case dozer with winch included for 5000 dollars told him winch was worth close to that (knew somebody wanting one) took around ten minutes to get it running and pull it out of the shed to see it, ran good under carriage seems to be almost brand new, what is the good and the bad of these machines and what would be a good price for it just trying to help him out a little.
