Looking for some help. I have a Bobcat 753 with the Kubota 4cylinder diesel engine, with foot and hand controls. Here's my issue: engine rolls over but will not start, primier bulb is collapsed. I have been told it could be the pickup tube in the tank. I have no idea how to access this area and would like some help from all you DIY professionals.
