D6C 10 3306 Fuel leak at throttle linkage arm. Is this a professional only area?

D6C 10 3306 Fuel leak at throttle linkage arm when machine is running. Is this a professional area only? DAD says it is, Parts book doesn't show. With the price of fuel and at mobile service I would like some idea if I should put a wrench on this. Thanks
