Crane Instructor

Desired: Fluent in English and intermediate language skill level in Vietnamese, Mandarin, Thai, Bahasa, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish.

Mandatory: Must reside in North America, have current passport and willing travel internationally.



Successful candidates will complete internal train the trainer and become certified to teach RST courses, conduct training and assessment, and take full day-to-day responsibility for the administration, reporting and execution of the training they provide.



The role will require first-class communications and relationship building skills, flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to fast changing circumstances and to absorb new information quickly.



In addition you will be sensitive and responsive to clients' needs, tailoring courses to suit specific requirements, equipment type; possess strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire confidence in others; and demonstrate a commitment to the highest levels of customer care.



• Experienced and qualified to a recognized international training standard in the relevant training discipline;

• Display up-to-date industry knowledge of your subject;

• Onshore / Offshore training experience;

• Organized, logical and able to take ownership of a project from start to finish;

• Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships across the board;

• A willingness to take the initiative, a strong desire to achieve results and a professional work ethic;

• Current Passport

• Must reside in the US or Brazil

• Current Crane Certification or License (for Crane trainers)

Desirable:

• Competency Assessor experience

• Current OPITO approved BOSIET

• Current UKOOA Medical

• Seaman ID Book

• Drilling Operations experience

• Experienced with LOLER, NORSOK, API, NR standards
