case 580k hydrolic probleme

hi folks, i am pretty sure this have been coverd meny time on this wonderfull forum but english isint my native language so i can t find the correct keyword to find it

my 580 k act wirde, i know a backhoe is a diffrent best then an excavator and i learn it here about the modualtion on the controle lever aka wobble stick on mine

the thing is sometime i can pull one lever all the way and it move but slow and wear then let go pluu it again and it go strong ant fast it hapen on alllll the function on the backhoe and i thing sometime on the loader too

any help would be galdy apreciated
