Have to hook a jumper wire direct from battery to battery relay in order to start machine.
Then the machine will not shut down with key
Have to manually turn throttle down on govenor to shut engine down. Also the throttle dial does not work in cab. Have to manually adjust on govenor. Can someone tell me what the problem may be? My thought is to replace battery relay but don't know if this will correct the issue?
