Wondering about a price estimate for a tow plate

So my towing truck got wrecked and I had to fab up a hitch for my F550 rack body dump,

I had to cut away the dump body rear step/bumper, then fab up a drop hitch plate to clear the tail of the 12' dump body, I need to send a bill to the
insurance company for reimbursement but don't have an idea what a custom hitch/controller/plug install would cost out in the open market.

Any help would be great!
