Hi
I have a Volvo L120E, 2006 in year with the D7elbe3 common rail engine. The loader is down on power when working and wont go up to full speed on the road. When I stop the machine, start the engine and stall out the transmission it shows rpm of 2100 but after 40 seconds it cuts back down to 1760 rpm. When I stop the machine and do this again the same happens and there is no smoke from the engine its like as if you just hit a switch and the revs cut back. I have had the main dealer out to the machine with a Vcads diagnostics and it shows everything ok accept when the fault comes into the machine the high pressure fuel in the rail drops but doesn't set off any sensors or faults. So far I have changed the full set of injectors, 2 x high pressure fuel pump, Fuel control unit valve, high pressure relief valve in the rail, high pressure fuel sensor, low fuel pressure sensor, belt driven fuel pump, water separator fuel filter housing, engine ECU and vehicle ECU. Has anyone ever had this problem ? I would be grateful for any assistance from someone who had this problem or is very good with Volvo loader repairs.
