Wanting to build trailer ramps

I was wanting to build some ramps for my 955l track loader. I have a lot of drop deck transport companies that will move the machine for me, but they don't have the ramps to load it due to the weight.

Its 15 ton. Has anyone built ramp before? Need plans or specs
