Cat 320 DLL

I have a Cat 320 DLL that seems weak. The pressure on pumps1 and 2 are about 4200 psi running and spike to over 35,000 psi when operating. The machine as a whole seems weak. These pressures seem high but I do not have anything to reference it to.
