i have a 2007 350 d excavator that once machine is up to operating temp idiot light comes on and derates engine .runs for 3 to 5 min than you have to wait for 3 to 5 min befor light goes off and normal digging can be resumed,if you turn off machine and restart right away you can run for the standard 5 min, machine has brand new reman engine including all new fuel system pump turbo etc was doing this before install of new motor
