Cat 3126 wastegate

I bought a used turbo off ebay off a cat C7 3126 to someday but in my project truck. I got the turbo and come to find out there is no waste gate on it. The guy that i bought it from has been no help and all that i know about it is that its off a 00 frightliner XB So i called around to the local frightliner stores and they need the last 6 of the vin :Banghead:Banghead which i dont have so if any one knows a part number or where i can find a waste gate it would be much appreciated
