have a D3C sittin for 16 years with the brake on. got the release pulled and it just stayed to the floor. sprayed the upper bat that holds them and the rod going back to the levers to the brake bands. The right one after some time pulling back seemed to move?? the left one was frozen fast took the pin out by the lever and banged on it. got it to move a little.
Next the steering pedals you can push all the way to the floor with NO pressure at all on them. Once I do get it started will the hydraulic pressure push the steering pedals up or at least hane pedal pressure on them?
