580 k swing cyl glands repair

how do i get the 2 cyclinders out or do i pull the shafts out while still connected to machine work on one at a time ?

can you give me some steps // also parts dept says 3in or 3 1/2 cylinder for seal kit ??? inner dia cyl ??

so i need pull it apart to measure then get proper seal kit
