We have one of these units on site and most things work except for a few things.

The unit is a 2 wheel drive with a 110 ft reach. At the moment the Telescope in and out does not work from the proportional control in the basket. It does work from the toggle switches in the downstairs panel.

I was wondering how the proportional controller parallels the toggle switch controls to operate the valve. It would seem that both controls would be in parallel. I do not have the electrical or the hydraulic drawings and I detect that they are difficult to get or do not exist even at a higher price.

I was going to trouble shoot the proportional controller itself but do not really know what the inputs and outputs are for the proportional controller. I would expect that there is a microswitch output to increase the speed of the engine. I would expect that there is 12 volts DC input and am thinking that there would be a PWM output voltage/current that would have wider pulses as you push the proportional controller to the end points. I am not sure but would a person except to see 3 volts with full stick and the voltage decreasing to zero when the control is centered. I am assuming that the PWM board is part of the proportional controller.

Can someone guide me along here.

Denis
