Possibly buying D6B

Well I am looking at buying this D6B dozer. Made an offer on it today and am just waiting to hear back from them. SN 44A1898 Which I know to be made in 1960. The ROPS and the sweeps are setting over in the weeds under a tree but they are there. Story is it ran 3-4 years ago and was parked where it is. When they tried to start it, it would not start. He said he had a couple of guys look at it and they both said it was getting fuel to the pump but pump was not pumping fuel. other than that no one seems to have taken the time to find out why. Gotta be a pump issue in my mind. Or fuel filter but that would be to simple lol. Always the first place to start anyhow.

Any thoughts on this machine? Does anyone have a maint manual that would have the fuel pump section?
