Made the mistake of moving the stepping motor arm with the power on. I assume that is what fried my controller. Bought the newest upgraded part number contoller for my Mark III. Mechanic installed and can't get it to work the new stepping motor to give me low idle or the right FC setting.
I asked if they connected the new controller to Kobelco site to ensure it was spec.'d for my machine and they said they did. Mechanic said they could only get it to work if they used the Mark IV settings.
Whats wrong here???
