769D cat does not have power to go up hill loaded. It acts like it does not have boost but monitor shows boost pressure. When in park in neutral rpm up to 2200 but when pedal to the floor running only getting about 1500 rpm. Pc shows no codes turbo spins freely. Anyone have a suggestion to look for. Fuel pressure 60 psii at filter even blew the line with air back to tank.
