Hello. I am just wondering what is the best plan of attack to change the fan belt idler pulley on a D8K. It seems as though getting to it will be the hardest part of changing it. It seems to have moved ahead far enough for some reason that the fan blades are ticking on it when they are in the reversed position and it has now started to throw the belts of and of course cut them. Is it possible that the idler arm has bent? Any way it needs to be replaced in order to get up and running again. I have the hood off and it doesn't help much to get at it. Any advise is appreciated. Also the cylinder shaft across the top of the fan seems to have developed excess wear on one side and should be rebuilt or re-bushinged. How big of a job is it to accomplish? Play is were the shaft pivots through the large sleeve over the fan/under the hood. Thanks, Jon
