Was getting gas this morning when a guy came up and asked if i had ever seen an air filter burn . Told him only when something else burned first. He said checked his air filter at lunch yesterday and it was fine. Checked it first thing this morning again cause he is in real dusty area and found filter burned up. I told him must have caught an ember from a fire or a spark from muffler got sucked in. Saw him tonite and he told me cat said it was from precleaner. Anybody see this before?
