Cat 3306 head gasket with spacer plate questions

I've got Pete with a Cat 3306 9TL. With head gasket has leaking on the #1 cylinder I have taken the head off and there is a spacer plate below the head I have done many head gaskets but never with a spacer plate has anyone done this style and if so what should be done on the installation precautions I should be aware of any and all help would be great and thanks in advance John
