580k door hinge right side 2 part window / door /frame

ok so the door hinge pin was snapped on the top part of hinge door to frame part so the top door flops out but the same hinge bottom part holds the window mount and window functions properly

the bottom hinge works ok i currently have the door screwed on by a plate to stabilize but not operational but window swings out normally

the pin is seize in the hinge / cant remove the door from machine / cant remove window hinge ends / looks like they broke the pivot pin and put in a threaded rod to repair / i got a welder / but is there an fix to get the door working

i was thinking getting hardware store hinge and mount it to atop broken area door to frame / weld or screw it on /but the door may not swing smooth unless i get the new hinge centered jjst right / any ideas

or a better way to go around getting a fix

its messed up that the hinges are all welded in that you cant replace or remove easy and the window share the same hinge any way i think is either or only glass or only door to be usefull

i can get plates and make the door permanant to frame or chop all the hinges off and repair with off the shelf hinges but then im stuck how to do glass ??? i need someone elses ideas



and just so happens the working door has a plexi insert for glass and the broken door has the original glass . go figure
