We've got a jlg 800s that has everyone stumped. It starts and runs. But if your using it for a awhile and you shut it off it sometimes won't restart. After running for 3-4 hours it will shut itself off. IT throws a low battery/system shut down code. If you let it sit for 20 min it starts up like nothing's wrong. It has a new throttle actuator, battery, battery cables.
We took it to probably one of the biggest rental yards in this area and their service manager told me they had a 600s that did the same thing. He said they replaced the wiring harness, ecm, battery cables, and throttle actuator. He said they had the jlg factory guys out to look at along with the deutz factory guys. They never got it fixed and ended up dumping it at an auction. So what say you guys. Is there an easy fix for this. Or it doesn't have to be an easy fix if it's at least a fix.
