980h harsh shifting

Hi all , after advice regarding harsh shifting of our 980h serial number mhg06517 . From 1-2 harsh from 2-3 not to bad from 3-4 fine going down 4-3 fine 3-2 harsh 2-1 fine . Carried out fill calibration all ok , changed the number 5 modulation valve ( second gear ) re done fill calibration no change , noise being the pinion coming on hard in the diff as if gear change to aggressive any one have any ideas ? Oh and pressure reading is the same 320psi for all 6 clutch packs
