I need to know the diameter (new) of the part of rollers where rails engage the roller.
Mine seem to be fine and the pins/bushings don't appear to be worn badly. However I am seeing some significant signs of metal to metal where sides of rails are eating into bottom side of rock guard at the front idler (or is it rear sprocket....now I forget). Regardless, the only thing I can imagine is that my rollers are worn way down and not providing sufficient clearance.
Nige do you have one of your nice diagrams that show roller dimensions. My serial number is 8gr01257 or hhr01257.
