This is the last thing I was expecting to be a problem. Painting SkatTrak1700C. Arms without bucket in raised position with safety lock in place a little over 24 hours. Arm lowered to touch steel safety channel overnight.
Painting done and I was able to raise arm and remove safety channel. But I can't seem to lower below lock point. It will go up and down about 6 inches at top of travel.
Lock out button seems to work. Lower seat bar and press button. Forward - Reverse fine. Tilt will cycle thru full cycle.
Machine looks GREAT. It's just kind of worthless and stupid looking right now...
Any ideas or industrial strength cuss words? Thanks!!!!!!

SOS... Lift arms will not retract from full raised position.
