The starter motor on this CASE 1840 isn't turning over - it just clicks.
In order to gain access to the starter, the manual says to raise the arms, lock them, then slide the cab forward. The problem is, without the motor running, we can't raise the arms.
Does anyone know how to access the starter when the engine is dead?
Is there a way to lift the arms without starting the engine?
Thanks,
Chris.
